In May this year, a butcher turned dairy farmer who admitted to several charges of animal cruelty has dodged a conviction in court. Dederang father Ashley O’Keefe filmed a kangaroo, wombat and wild cats being ripped apart by his dogs, and could be heard laughing off-camera. He even filmed the attacks in front of his young daughter.
