Over 700 koalas have been slaughtered from helicopters in Budj Bim National Park — a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The Victorian Government authorised this brutal cull after a bushfire. Injured and displaced koalas were gunned down from the sky — no transparency, no accountability, no mercy.

Premier Jacinta Allan and Environment Minister Steve Dimopoulos allowed this to happen under their watch. They must be held accountable.

This is not care. This is not conservation. This is a national shame.

The Animal Justice Party is calling for:

• 🚫 An immediate ban on aerial wildlife shooting

• 🔍 An independent review of DEECA’s actions

• 🌳 A halt to nearby logging that’s destroying habitat

• 🚑 Funding for wildlife rescue teams

• 📜 A real, enforceable koala conservation plan

Koalas are supposed to be protected — not slaughtered.
