Ruth Weston, Committee Member

Based in Wadawurrung Country along the SurfCoast, Ruth is passionate about improving the lives of animals through advocacy and the political sphere. She is an AJP delegate, Deputy RGL for Western Victoria, part of the Vic Elections, By-laws & Advocacy Working Groups and the Campaign Manager for banning 1080 poison. In her own time, she is a professional dog trainer using positive reinforcement techniques, co-authoring four books on dog training and behaviour. She is always happy to talk dogs!
