Mike Fuery, Committee Member

Living on Duduroa Country, Mike first became fully aware of the injustices visited on non-human animals in 2014 and became a member of the AJP in 2019. He stood as a candidate for Benambra in the 2022 Victorian State Election and recently completed a 40 year career in a frontline health service within the Victorian public sector.

He has two rescued companion cats and is a supporter of three local sanctuaries that operate in North East Victoria that rescue both farmed and wild animals.
