Help animals win at the ballot box
One of the most powerful things you can do this election is stand at a polling booth and hand out Animal Justice Party how-to-vote cards.
Having someone at a booth handing out our cards can increase our vote there by 200-300%. Lots of voters decide at the last minute, so a friendly face and a how-to-vote card can make all the difference.
No experience needed
You don’t need to have done this before, and you don’t need to be an expert on politics. Lots of our volunteers are first-timers, and they love it!
We’ll also run optional training sessions before the election so you can feel confident and know exactly what to expect. You’re welcome to bring any questions you have.
What happens after you sign up
As the election gets closer, your local team leader will get in touch to:
- confirm your shift times
- organise your materials, like how-to-vote cards, corflutes and anything else you’ll need
- answer any questions you have
Pick your shifts
Shifts run in 2-hour blocks. Please sign up for as many as you can. Every extra hour we cover means more voters see our cards. Even one shift makes a real difference, though, so if two hours is all you can spare, we’d love to have you.
