SHU celebrates Sichuan cuisine and showcases that vegan dining is not only conscious-oriented but also fun, elegant and delicious. Their plant-only kitchen is inspired by Southwest of China's Sichuan cuisine, using local and seasonal produce, executed with a creative mind and contemporary philosophy.
